Easy Returns & Exchanges

FOR OUR HOLIDAY SALE ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

We accept returns on hair only if the item has not been removed from the security sealed plastic bag.  A separate hair swatch is included in your package so that you can ensure that this is your desired color. Make sure to inspect this thoroughly prior to opening the sealed package. 

Exchanges or Returns. Sealed items with receipt & all items included can be returned to the below address for exchanges or a refund. 10% stocking fee will be charged for all refunded items.

Non-Returnable. If the security sealed plastic bag has been opened or tampered with you will not be permitted to receive a refund or exchange.
